Cheshire Branch The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues.

Simon qualified as a Solicitor in September 2014 and spent 6 years in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team at a firm in Warrington, before joining Myerson in 2021.  Simon works working on a wide range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts and LPAs.  His main focus is on the administration of estates, especially those that are taxable or complex.

Simon has been on the STEP Cheshire Committee since 2015, and became a full STEP Member in 2018.  He has been the Committee’s Student Liaison Officer since October 2017, and can usually be found near the front of the branch seminars (when we are allowed have them in person) as the tech support guy.
