Cheshire Branch The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues.

Helen is a partner and heads up the SAS Daniels LLP Trusts Team.

Helen is a former chair of STEP Cheshire and has been a member of the committee since inception in 2010. Helen was formally the events coordinator for the branch and subsequently the vice chair.

Helen became a full STEP member in April 2007 and joined through the STEP Diploma exam route. Helen is also on the STEP Qualified Practitioner Route committee which sets the questions papers for the thesis route including marking those papers twice a year. Helen is a tutor for the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation and has recently been appointed as a tutor on the STEP diploma.
